About Us

Restoring smiles. Restoring lives.

Smile Again Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 33-4244037) based in Roseville, California. We connect patients who need full-arch dental restoration with donors, partner clinics, and implant manufacturers who make life-changing care possible.

Who we are

Smile Again Foundation was established to address a quiet crisis: millions of Americans live without functional teeth because full-arch restoration can cost $20,000–$50,000 per arch and is rarely covered by insurance. People lose jobs, hide from family photos, and live in chronic pain — often for decades — because there is no realistic path to care.

We exist to change that. By combining donor generosity with nonprofit-priced implants, donated surgeon time, and our in-house dental laboratory, we make complete restoration affordable for patients who would otherwise have no option.

How treatment works

Approved candidates are treated at our partner clinic, Fusion Dental Implants, under the care of Dr. Alexander Antipov (Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon) and a growing volunteer surgeon network. Implant materials are sourced at nonprofit pricing from manufacturers including Nobel Biocare, Osstem, and MIS Implants. Prosthetics are fabricated in-house at our Zirkonzahn lab at materials cost only.

All surgeons carry their own malpractice insurance, verified annually. All patients sign HIPAA-compliant consent before any photo, video, or story is shared.

A young foundation, built on transparency

Smile Again Foundation is newly established. We don't yet have years of audited financials or hundreds of completed cases — and we won't pretend we do. What we have is a clear mission, a real clinical operation, an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) determination, and a commitment to publish every Form 990 and annual report as it becomes available.
