Governance & Ethics

We believe transparency about our leadership and operations is essential to earning your trust. Here's how we maintain ethical standards and avoid conflicts of interest.

Founder Disclosure

Dr. Alexander Antipov, our founder and President, is an active oral surgeon with his own private dental implant practice. He founded Smile Again Foundation based on years of witnessing patients unable to afford life-changing dental restoration.

Provider Network

Foundation patients are matched with qualified providers from our growing network based on location, need, and availability. Referrals are not made exclusively to any single practice, ensuring patient choice and fair access.

Pro Bono Services

Dr. Antipov serves on the board without compensation and donates his professional services to foundation patients. His commitment demonstrates that this foundation is driven by mission, not personal financial gain.

Our Commitment to Ethical Operations

All board members serve without compensation. Patient referral decisions are reviewed by the full board to ensure fairness and transparency. We maintain clear separation between foundation activities and any board member's private business interests. Our goal is simple: connect patients who need help with the resources to restore their smiles.
