By accessing or using the Smile Again Foundation website (smileagainmission.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. Smile Again Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 33-4244037).

2. Our Mission

Smile Again Foundation connects patients needing full arch dental restoration with generous donors. Our platform facilitates donations, patient applications, and awareness of dental restoration needs. We are not a healthcare provider and do not directly provide dental services.

3. Donations

• All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law under IRC Section 170.
• Donations are processed securely through Stripe and are final. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Tax receipts are provided for all donations. Please retain these for your records.
• Smile Again Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed, even if a donation is directed toward a specific patient, in the event that patient's funding goal is met or their circumstances change.
• 70% of each donation goes directly to patient care; 30% supports foundation operations, outreach, and sustainability.

4. Patient Applications

• Submitting a patient application does not guarantee acceptance into our program or receipt of dental services.
• All applications are reviewed by our team. Acceptance is based on need, eligibility, and available funding.
• Patients must provide truthful and accurate information in their applications.
• Patient information is handled in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• By submitting a patient story or application, you grant Smile Again Foundation permission to share your story publicly, subject to the consent and media release terms you agree to during the application process.

5. User Accounts

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the website
• Impersonate any person or organization
