Smile Again Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 33-4244037) dedicated to connecting patients who need full arch dental restoration with donors and resources. We serve as a bridge between implant manufacturers, compassionate dental clinics, and patients who cannot afford life-changing dental care.

Full arch dental restoration typically costs tens of thousands of dollars at retail, and insurance rarely covers it. Through our partnership with Fusion Dental Implants, negotiated nonprofit pricing on implant materials, and donated surgeon fees, CBCT imaging, and follow-up care, the foundation is able to deliver this care at a small fraction of the retail cost — so a relatively modest gift can go a long way toward funding a life-changing treatment.

Yes! Smile Again Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. You will receive a tax receipt for your contribution that you can use for your tax filing.

Patients apply through our website by sharing their story and demonstrating financial need. Qualifying patients must have household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Referrals are also accepted from our network of partner organizations including FQHCs, dental societies, domestic violence shelters, and veteran services. Applications are reviewed by our board and clinical team to ensure fair selection based on medical necessity, financial hardship, and quality-of-life impact.

Yes! When you visit a patient's profile page, you can donate directly to their treatment fund. You can also make a general donation that supports our foundation's overall mission and helps cover operational costs.

Your donations go directly toward patient treatment costs — implant materials sourced at nonprofit or materials cost, lab and prosthetics fabricated in-house at materials cost, and anesthesia at reduced fee. Surgeon fees, CBCT imaging, and follow-up care are donated. As a newly established foundation we publish budget targets rather than historical results: we aim to direct the substantial majority of our budget to programs and patient care, with administration kept to a minimum.

Our primary clinical partner is Fusion Dental Implants, led by Dr. Alexander Antipov (Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, trained at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Loma Linda University). We also have a growing volunteer surgeon network including graduates of the Fusion Dental Academy. Patients are treated at our locations in Roseville (flagship), El Dorado Hills, San Francisco, and Monterey. All surgeons must carry their own malpractice insurance, verified annually.

We take patient privacy very seriously. All patient stories require explicit HIPAA-compliant consent before being shared publicly. Patients control what information and photos are displayed. We never share personal medical details without written authorization, and patients can request to have their stories removed at any time.

We welcome partnerships with dental professionals, implant manufacturers, and healthcare organizations who share our vision. Partner clinics can provide services at reduced rates or donate their expertise. Manufacturers can contribute materials or offer discounted products. As an umbrella organization, we offer fiscal sponsorship for aligned dental charity initiatives. Other organizations can operate under our 501(c)(3) status, benefiting from our established nonprofit infrastructure while maintaining their unique mission. This allows donors to make tax-deductible contributions to sponsored projects.

Yes, Smile Again Foundation is a newly established 501(c)(3). While we don't yet have years of audited financials to share, we are committed to building trust through transparency. Our IRS determination letter and public charity status documentation are available in our Trust Center. We will publish annual reports and Form 990 filings as they become available.

No. All board members—including Dr. Alexander Antipov (President/CEO), Natalie Tsvyk (Secretary), and Dr. Olga Antipova, DDS (CFO/Treasurer)—serve without compensation. Dr. Antipov also donates surgical services pro bono for selected patients. This ensures that donations go toward patient care, not administrative salaries.
