What we do

Every program below exists to move one more person from chronic dental pain and isolation into a finished smile.

Full-Arch Smile Restoration

Our flagship program. Complete single-arch implant restoration for low-income adults who have lost most or all of their teeth.

Includes diagnostics, surgical placement, prosthetics, and follow-up care. Patients pay nothing out of pocket beyond what they can voluntarily contribute. Care is delivered at Fusion Dental Implants in Roseville, CA, with expansion sites in El Dorado Hills, San Francisco, and Monterey.

Patient Sponsorship

Donors can fund a specific candidate's treatment fund and follow their journey from application to completed smile.

Each approved candidate has a public profile (with HIPAA-compliant consent) showing their story, goal amount, and progress. Donations are tax-deductible and routed through our 501(c)(3).

Clinical Partner Network

We work with dental clinics, oral surgeons, and implant manufacturers to expand access nationwide.

Partners contribute reduced-fee services, donated surgical time, or nonprofit-priced materials. All clinical partners must maintain active licensure and malpractice insurance.

Surgeon Training Pipeline

Graduates of the Fusion Dental Academy join our volunteer surgeon network, growing our capacity to serve more patients each year.

We're actively recruiting board-certified oral surgeons and prosthodontists who want to dedicate a portion of their practice to charitable care.

Fiscal Sponsorship

Aligned dental-charity projects can operate under our 501(c)(3) umbrella.

Sponsored projects gain access to our nonprofit infrastructure while maintaining their unique mission. We evaluate prospective projects for mission alignment and compliance.

Note on scale

We are a newly established foundation. Some programs above are in active operation today (Smile Restoration, Patient Sponsorship); others are being built out as we grow our donor base and partner network. We'll keep this page updated as new programs come online and report results honestly — including the ones still in early stages.
